Management Accountant - Norwich
37 Hours per week
Up to £32,000 per annum
Norse Groups Support Services Division offers a range of back office support to the Group and one of our key elements is our Finance Department based at our Head Office in Norwich.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our team based at our new Head Office Unity Place. This is a full time, permanent role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Role:
As the Management Accountant you will work alongside our team of Finance Business Partners, supporting in preparing, presenting, and analysing initial management accounts for defined divisions within the Group.
You will be responsible for ensuring data is accurate and current which will allow you to present efficient and commercial opportunities to the Finance Business Partners aiding the development of our operational services.
Our Successful Candidate:
You will have a strong background within a commercial environment working as Management Accountant or similar. Alongside this you will
- Finance and/or accounting qualification (AAT / Degree / ACCA)
- Proven experience within a commercial finance role, with knowledge of producing management accounts and balance sheet schedules periodically
- Excellent documentation skills, comfortable creating and maintaining accurate financial records
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
- Confident communicator, capable of engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders across the business
- Knowledge of corporation tax and VAT within a commercial finance environment
