Business Administrator - South West Norse
£28,017.60 per annum
South West Norse work in collaboration with Devon County Council, partnering with a number of public and private sector clients across the Southwest to deliver a portfolio of TFM commercial services.
We are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our Exeter based team located at Venture House. You will be responsible to provide liaison and coordination of operations within South West Norse, supporting the property divisions’ ensuring there is an effective service.
Alongside a number of tasks, you will be accountable for:
Working as part of a team providing a range of administrative services within the property division
Provide technical support through answering incoming calls and queries and responding in a timely manner
Building relationships with stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
Coding and raising purchase orders and authorising payments on behalf of our key client
Resolving and escalating queries from key client and internal teams
Administering contract tenders accurately and affectively, both externally and on behalf of our key client
Your experience:
We are looking for you to demonstrate proven Office/Helpdesk, administrative experience. In addition to this, you will be able to show:
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients and members of the public
- Previous experience processing invoices and orders would be desirable
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Capable of producing accurate documentation and reports

This position is being offered on a full time, permanent contract working 40hours per week, Monday to Friday.
