We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our team as Deputy Manager at Cranmer House in Fakenham on a permanent, full-time basis. This will include some weekend working.

The Opportunity:

As our Deputy Manager, you will get the chance to work alongside dedicated management and operational care teams, playing a vital role in developing and maintaining excellent care services.

You will be constantly engaging with all colleagues and residents to ensure care plans are continuously reviewed and tailored to provide the best support, whilst also seeking guidance from care professionals that we partner with.

This role will provide you the opportunity to make a real difference in the care services we deliver, using your own compassion and dedication to drive and motivate our fantastic team.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Have previous experience as a Team Leader within a care setting
  • Be supportive and caring at all times ensuring you are providing exemplary service to our residents/tenants
  • Will have a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Be able to demonstrate recent relevant experience, in line with the requirements of the post
  • Completion of The Care Certificate is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to go that extra mile
