Sales Administrator 

£23,140.63 per annum

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our busy team. You don’t have to have worked in sales before, but we are looking for people with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail and who are process orientated.  

About the role:

As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for  

*         The accurate and timely processing of sales invoices.  

*         Completing a weekly checklist of control checks to ensure revenue completeness. 

*         Processing credits and adjustments to customer accounts. 

*         Acting as the first point of contact for customer invoice queries, ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. 

Our Successful Candidate: 

  • Hold Maths & English GCSE’s, or equivalent, with minimum Grade C (New Scoring 5 or above). 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage your workload. 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and to own initiative. 

This is a full-time on a fixed term contact for 12 months. We can offer flexibility on work pattern and this can be discussed further at interview stage.
