Casual Care Team Leader – Robert Kett Court

A day in the life:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.
Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
About Robert Kett Court:
Robert Kett Court is a housing with care scheme in Wymondham, 5 miles south of Norwich in South Norfolk, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.
