Business Administration Assistant

Leeds

£25,000 Per annum (Dependent on experience)

37 Hours per week, No Weekends

The Business Support Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient administration and project related services to the company.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of administrative duties to the team.
  • Diary coordination, including booking meetings, facilities, and hospitality.
  • Maintaining local project data on the project database, such as contract values, fee values and general project administration.
  • Assisting with resource planning, commissions, fee agreements/contracts, purchase orders, variation orders and all correspondence with clients.
  • Generating and producing accurate documentation and reports, in line with processes and procedures.
  • Dealing effectively and in a professional manner with general enquiries, project related queries and issues from colleagues and clients.
  • Carry out duties appropriate to the grade of the post, may on occasion require travel to other offices as required.
  • Promote continuous improvement and deliver demonstrable high-quality products and services which embrace quality standards.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the Norse Way CSR strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite –Essential
  • Outstanding attention to detail - Essential
  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent Grade A-C including Maths and English – Essential
  • ECDL or equivalent - Desirable
  • Experience in a similar or related role –   Essential
