Technical Administrator

Leeds

Salary £30,000 (Dependent on experience)

37 Hours per week, No weekends

NPS Leeds have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week with flexible & hybrid working arrangements.

 

Main Responsibilities include

 

*         Maintain and update appropriate monitoring systems, including the investigation and correction of errors/exceptions. Provide regular reports in line with relevant KPI requirements.

*         Provide a help desk facility for building maintenance calls.

*         Resolve or escalate queries from clients in an efficient manner.

*         Prepare, monitor and distribute contract documentation for contracts.

*         Provide general administrative support and cover colleagues when required.

 

Our Successful Candidate

Previous experience within a similar administration role, alongside:

  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent Grade A-C including maths and English
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
