Reception Administrator - TFM

  • Location: County Hall, Norwich, NR1 2DH
  • Salary:  £24,595.52.
  • Hours per week: 40
  • Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 16.30

Norse Group are a lead facilities management services provider built on a foundation of joint ventures with Local Government partners. We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Reception Administrator to join our team at County Hall, Norwich on a full-time basis.

 

The Role:

 

As our Reception Administrator, you will Act as first point of contact for all visitors to County Hall, delivering reception duties and a range of administrative tasks to support the team at Norfolk County Council (NCC).

Being the face of the occupiers of the building, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving queries at first point of call wherever possible. Within this consumer facing role, your duties will also consist of:

  • Responding effectively, efficiently and in a professional manner at all times to face-to-face,  telephone and email queries from visitors and customers at County Hall through liaison with the required NCC and Norse colleagues on site
  • Ensuring all necessary visitor information is obtained and captured accurately when inputting into check in systems
  • Coordinating arrangements for meeting room bookings and take responsibility for the smooth operation of the process.
  • Issuing access and ID cards (keys) with full accuracy in line with required processes
  • Adhering to compliance with GDPR regulations relating to personal information held and used for card production and client reporting

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and focused individual to ensure our professional services are delivered alongside:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and office systems.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative
  • Excellent IT skills including ability to troubleshoot in respect of IT equipment
  • Able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the job/operational requirements
  • SIA Non Front-line Licence (or willing to obtain - funded by Norse)
