12 month FTC

£55,000 - £60,000 DoE

 

Norse Group brings together facilities management specialists Norse Commercial Services, property consultancy experts Norse Consulting and Norfolk’s largest care provider Norse Care.

 

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our team based at our Head Office in Norwich.

 

The Role:

 

Reporting directly to the COO, you will provide project oversight and direction, as you lead concurrent workstreams whilst focusing on overall delivery of project timelines.

You will hold accountability for the planning, management, sustainability and risk mitigation, ensuring results are driven and achieved aligning to future business and strategic objectives, undertaking a thorough review of service and capital expenditure.

 

Our Successful Candidate:

 

Knowledge and previous insight within a local government environment would prove beneficial. However, a combination of a successful track record of effective and quality project management, within either Property Services or Healthcare, alongside working in partnership with a range of key stakeholders is vital. Alongside the following:

  • Hold a formal qualification in Project Management, AMP / Prince2 practitioner or equivalent.
  • Experience within Public Sector would be preferred, ideally with some knowledge in, TUPE, mobilisation and de-mobilisation.
  • Significant experience as a Project Manager with a proven record of managing high profile projects.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, capable of delivering transformative project outcomes in a challenging and deadline driven environment.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to drive and achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, confident liaising and collaborating with decision makers at all levels with the ability to inform, persuade and influence.

 

Offer:

  • Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 DoE
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
