Project Administrator
£23,140.63 per annum
37 Hours per week
6 months FTC
Norse Group are an industry leading service provider, delivering expertise across property consulting, commercial services and adult social care.
Project One has been established to achieve the transformation of the HR and Finance functions at Norse. The transformation has elements of technology, process, data, and people change. The programme is currently being mobilised and we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support the delivery of the programme of work.
As a Project Administrator you are responsible for the administrative aspects of the programme working across all project workstreams and will all members of the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling of project meetings and workshops involving Norse and supplier resources.
- Document project meetings and workshops and assist with other project documentation as required.
- Source and book external and internal venues for meetings and workshops
- Maintain a central register of leave across the project.
- Develop and maintain a structure chart across the programme.
- Maintain a project library of key information and project documentation.
- Maintain a record of project expenditure and assist with the processing of project invoices.
- Support visiting consultants with the organising of meeting rooms and desks as required.
- Arrange and manage IT access requirements for consultants on the project.
- Support logistical aspects of the programme for example scheduling training events across Norse locations.
Our successful candidate must have previous experience within a busy office environment as an administrator or assistant, demonstrating similar experiences to what is required of this role. Alongside this, you will also need to offer:
- Excellent ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Comfortable engaging and communicating with people at all levels across the business
- Strong written communication style, both written and verbal.
- Capable of working to your own initiative in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
