Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing)
£31,283.20 per annum
We have an excellent career opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Plumber to join our team in Norwich on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out a range of building maintenance and repair work to our public and private business premises across the area. The work will include minor repairs across a variety of trades with a focus around Plumbing, as well as caretaking and maintenance as required. The role will be supported by specialist trades colleagues where more in-depth work is required, with you given the chance to support and learn from them.
Within this role you must be able to work on your own proficiently and carry out plumbing works without immediate supervision. You will also be able to diagnose and repairing leaks, faulty taps and other plumbing tasks.
Our Successful Candidate:
- Proven experience of maintaining plumbing systems across a range of properties
- Confident in carrying out isolation and repair to plumbing systems and, taps and drainage is advantageous
- Demonstrable skills and experience in a variety of trades
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements of the role
