HR Administrator (INTERNAL ONLY)

£23,140.63

37 Hours per week

Norse Groups Support Services Division have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our busy HR Team at our new Head Office in Norwich.

This position is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9-5.

The role 

As HR Administrator, reporting into the HR Services Manager, you will assist with all HR related administrative procedures including:

  • Issuing Contracts of Employment and any onboarding documentation to new starters across Norse Group
  • Ensuring accurate onboarding information and documents are obtained and recording accurately including processing DBS checks as required
  • Working closely with the wider HR Teams, including Recruitment and Payroll to ensure an efficient candidate journey throughout the onboarding process
  • Liaising with Managers on new appointments, variations and terminations
  • Proactively responding to any queries from employees and managers, able to provide efficient solutions

Our successful candidate will have previous experience within a busy office environment, whilst also demonstrating:

  • Excellent ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team
  • Comfortable engaging and communicating with people at all levels across the business
  • Strong written communication style, able to produce standard letters and reports
  • Capable of working to your own initiative in a deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
