Cleaning Area Supervisor – Enfield / Barnett 

£13.95 per hour 

35 Hours per week 

Paid DBS & Uniform provided 

 

Norse Cleaning Division are looking to recruit a Cleaning Area Supervisor to cover various cleaning contracts across Enfield and Barnett, this position will require you to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00. 

 

The role: 

As the Cleaning Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated sites in your area are achieving customer satisfaction and contractual obligations are being met, alongside this you will; 

  • Arrange the provision of cleaners to comply with relevant SLA/contract specification and support to external events as required. 
  • Ensure all site-based staff understand and achieve objectives set by our customer in partnership with building management and are fully aware of the quality, performance and administrative requirements. 
  • Carry out regular site monitoring visits and to complete Health & Safety Reviews  

Our Successful Candidate: 

You will need to be able to demonstrate some commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment, alongside some experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry. 

 

Alongside this, you will; 

  • Be able to confidently engage with clients and members of the public 
  • Have good organisational skills, able to manage your own and others workload 
  • Have a good eye for detail, and be able to maintain high levels of customer service 
  • Full UK driving licence  - Manual
